Natural Stone / Erratic in Isle of Jura

Although marked as a standing stone on OS maps, Canmore (site no. 38262) describes it as an erratic, but gives the classification as a 'prehistoric standing stone'.

The Northern Antiquarian (TNA) also features a page for this stone - see their entry for Ardfernal, Jura, Argyll which gives directions for finding "this beautiful setting", together with a photograph and a brief archaeology & history. TNA say there are several other stones which can be found nearby.
