Fontanaccia (Funtanaccia) Dolmen is situated within a short distance of two separate menhir alignments, some of which are carved with anthropomorphic or warrior statue designs.

Well preserved dolmen, oriented E/W. Inner chamber measures 2.6 x 1.6 x 1.8m.

The Journal of Antiquities also includes an entry for the Dolmen of Fontanaccia, Plain of Cauria, Corsica, (France), which includes a photograph, directions for finding this site, background information and a list of reference source for more information. The Journal adds: "About ½ km to the northeast of the domen is ‘The Alignment de Stantari’, a group of fifteen menhir statues, while 1 km to the south of those another prehistoric site composed of forty-six standing stones known as ‘The Rinaghju Alignment’"
