markj99 visited on 17th Sep 2023 - their rating: Cond: 3 Amb: 5 Access: 3 Visited 17.09.2Dolmen de Kercadoret is a neglected site in a shrubby wood N of the D781 on the NE edge of Kercadoret. There is a path off the D781 into a field on the NE edge of Kercadoret. Follow round the edge of the wood for c. 80m then follow the wood N for c. 20m to reach a vague path into the wood. Head NW for c. 20 yards through shrubbery to find the hidden dolmen. It is located at 47.58981 -2.9781 if you have a GPS app.

aolson visited on 17th Jul 2020 - their rating: Cond: 4 Amb: 4 Access: 3 The brush has grown up around the dolmen, fortunately mainly broom and no gorse, so it is still fairly easy to access. The surrounding greenery does add to the feeling of isolation, in spite of the highway close by.

Look carefully, and there is a pathway through the hedge and wooded area. The dolmen is about 2.5 by 2 metres, and the single capstone sits on top of 6 support stones.

This nice little dolmen stands proud at the edge of its field, well hidden behind a big hedge beside the D718 road a few kilometres to the north of Locmariaquer. Look carefully, and there is a pathway through the hedge and wooded area.

The dolmen is about 2.5 by 2 metres, and the single capstone sits on top of 6 support stones.
