TheCaptain visited on 2nd Jun 2005 - their rating: Access: 4 This was closed to visitors when I arrived but nevertheless it was a nice walk through splendid woodland with a little stream running nearby up to the entrance. The cave was discovered in 1905 and contains engravings of humans as well as the more usual animals.

Cave near to Les Eyzies and the Vezere river valley in Dordogne. The cave was discovered in 1905 and contains engravings of humans as well as the more usual animals.
