Standing Stone in Pembrokeshire

Update October 2019: This standing stone is recorded as Coflein NPRN 304335 (Parc Cerrig Hirion Stone Pair, Dinas), which tells us: "Parc Cerrig Hirion is a monolith 2.1m high. A second stone, perhaps a natural boulder, was illustrated in 1875 and removed about twenty years before 1966. A possible stone pair, this stone is not the Lady Stone".

Note: The stone is visible from the road (to the north).

Wow, great to see my standing stone on this website. It's true that there is another standing stone, it's in the hedge, my dad dragged it there with a tractor during the 1950's. The field has been in my family for generations.
Anyone who would like to see the stone need just ask. Email me.

I spent numerous holidays in Dinas from the early 50's on, I walked down to Aberrhigian beach, even visited the house called Rhigian, yet I never knew that this stone existed until recent years! (I must have been walking around with my eyes shut!)
