Ringmoor Down Cairn 1
Ringmoor Down Cairn 1 submitted by TheCaptain : The 10 metre diameter Cairn 1 is about 100m east of Brisworthy stone circle. Not much is to be seen these days, just 4 or 5 dark stones of its surrounding kerb seemingly laying around the egde of a darker patch of grass. (Vote or comment on this photo)
On the open moor of Ringmoor Down, to the north of Brisworthy, several varied cairns can be found. The 10 metre diameter Cairn 1 is about 100m east of Brisworthy stone circle, and was excavated in 1909 with little found.

Not much is to be seen these days, except 4 or 5 stones of its surrounding kerb seemingly laying in the grass.

Update November 2019: This cairn is featured on the Prehistoric Dartmoor Walks (PDW) website - see their entries for the Legis Lake Encircled Cairn and the Ringmoor Stone Row & Cairn Circle.

The cairn is also recorded as Pastscape Monument No. 438680, as MDV3360 (Cairn west of Legis Lake) on the Devon and Dartmoor HER, and scheduled as Historic England List Entry No. 1012421 (Cairn west of Legis Lake).
