Muchismas gracias ACarmona, nosotros gustarmos todos los informacionnes :-)

Translation of the website text by Google and me:-
Literally Menhir of the Head, the Head Stone. Currently prone, this granite stone is thought to lie where it fell and is one of only a few preserved specimens in Upper Extremadura. Its dimensions are 4.65 meters long, and it has a maximum diameter of 1.20 meters.

It has a couple of bullaun-like depressions at each end and other smaller cupmarks throughout its length. It also has some marks from a 'stripping machine'.

There are some excellent photographs here, some showing its excavation and links to other sites documented by ACarmona. http://www.alcantaraenred.es/arqueologia/121-conjunto-megalitico?start=1
