Inside there are some lintels at the left side, probably to support the structure. I guess they are modern?

2.5 km before Bagenkop, highway 305 bends west and at this point look for Gulstavvej which continues southwards, take this lane. After approximately 1.5 km turn west (right) onto Søgårdsvej and the site is approximately 1 km along this lane on the north side of the road. The site is just a few metres from the road.
Hulbjerg is another Funnel Beaker Culture site, and one that is lucky to have survived, for in 1874 when Petersen of the National Museum surveyed the immediate area there where seven passage graves and dolmens within a square kilometre of this site. Towards the end of the 19th century all the other passage graves were levelled. However, the efforts of Hakon Berg of the Langelands Museum saved Hulbjerg for posterity. He undertook excavations and then a major renovation programme in 1960 - 1961. The entire chamber had become filled with earth and so the task was a formidable one taking a couple of years. Finds included a number of skeletons, two pots, amber beads and flint tools. The site is 21 metres in diameter with a height of 2.5 metres. There is an impressive chamber approximately 6 metres long and 2 metres wide reached along a passage. The whole site is circular and the main mound of the tomb stands on a lower mound giving a two tier effect. This is an excellent site to visit!!
