Loughcrew Cairn V is one of over 30 mounds and cairns of the Loughcrew passage tomb complex, which dates back to approximately 3500-3300 B.C. and is found in the Slieve na Caillaigh hills of western County Meath, Ireland.

Cairn V is located in the Carnbane East complex of tombs where Cairn T is the centerpiece.
