Long Barrow in Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg
Long Barrow near Mariannenhof.
Remains of a small 15m by 6m hunebed with two chambers.
A sketch dated 1936 shows 22 remaining kerbstones.
The bush on this barrow is like a wall, you cannot
find any of them. But there is a little path to slip through,
and there are the two shifted capstones of the western chamber.
Again, one more of the typical Extended Dolmens of this area.
In the ground some stones are visible, most likely the
tips of the orthostats.
The remains of the eastern chamber might be in those bushes.
