Giant's Table
Giant's Table submitted by EdwardTheHead : Wedge tomb near Ventry Co Kerry. Tomb seems to lie in a north south line as the bay in the background is to the south. To get here you will most likely have to ask a local as I did both times I was here. This is on private land, and usually has sheep around. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Wedge Tomb in Co. Kerry. Giants Table is located north of the town of Ventry. The tomb is on private land and is a bit of a hike to get to.

When I was there last, May 2003, I parked in a B&B and walked. There are climbs over two or three stone fences and past a quary. The coordinates are not exact as I do not have a map of the area and google maps does not have good road maps of the area. The grid reference is close. However, the people of the area generally know where the tomb is located.
