Umm Ubayda Temple submitted by AlexHunger : Remains of the 30th Dynasty Temple of Umm Ubayda. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Ancient Temple in Lower Egypt (North)

Remains of a 30th Dynasty Temple built during the reign of Nectanabo II. Only part of the facade remains as much of the rest was destroyed during an 1811 earthquake and later pilfered by the locals in 1897. Some Hieroglyphics can still be seen on the big blocks. It is very close to the so called "Baths of Cleopatra" well. Altitude 13 meters below Sea Level.
