Two sarsen stones are visible in the Greenstead suburb of Colchester, the largest is 150 x 75 x 25 cms. Standing next to a bus stop, the other is a few hundred yards away.
These 2 sarsen stones are in good condition without abrasions. The modern housing estate was built in the 1960's, but where these came from no-one knows.
