Ancient Cross in Cornwall

Standing by a bus stop in Crafthole, the Market Cross is one of two granite crosses of Latin design within Sheviock parish. The cross, including its base, stands at 4.5 feet (1.37 metres) high and is believed to have been connected with a market granted in 1315. During the 1950's, the cross was hit by a bus (which seems kind of fitting with it now being situated next to a bus stop!), luckily it still survives in reasonably good condition.
