Bandrum submitted by cosmic

This standing stone stands in a wonderful position on top of Bandrum Hill with excellent views of the Ochils and up the Firth of Forth on the way to it but unfortunately some trees screen part of the panorama from the actual stone.

Park at Saline Golf Course and ask permission to view the stone (readily given). Head SE up the hill to the clump of trees on the horizon and then follow the wall South and then East to the 5th Green. The main stone is behind the trees over the wall.

A further smaller stone is built into the wall about 50m to the West but it may just be a natural erratic.
