Standing Stones in Mongolia

A group of 3 standing grave stones at the South shore of lake Hoton. These stones are very common and can be found in any valley in N.W. Mongolia. They originate from a period between 500 an 900 A.D. Since then these poeple have moved furter to the West, all the way into Turkey.
The row of small stones in front of the gravestones represent the number of soldiers of these warlords, according to our guide.
