Municipality of Verdabbio (nowadays Municipality of Grono) created a leaflet about the path, written in Italian and German. They also filmed all the stones, see their video on youtube: Link to "Entdeckungspfad der Schalensteine"

The path is along a mountain hiking path above the village of Verdabbio.
