Nuraghe and settlement in Sardinia (Sardegna). Nuraghe Genna Maria is one of the largest complex Bronze Age structures in Sardinia. The nuraghe and its surrounding settlement were occupied also in the Iron Age, when the complex was re-modelled. The nuraghe consists of the Middle Bronze Age main tower and the Late Bronze Age bastion with lateral towers. Within the surrounding settlement there are remains of circular Bronze Age huts and Early Iron Age quadrangular ones.

The settlement flourished in the Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age, it was abandoned probably in the 8th century BC and was partly re-used after the Punic conquest of Sardinia.
