The correct spelling of the place is Schlehberg, the coordinates given are pretty much correct. There is a small car park beside the road between Michelfeld and Östringen and from there it is a short walk of approx 15 mins to the tumuli field. The field is also shown on a small map at the car park. The forestry road is broad and good and also suitable for wheelchairs or buggys with only very little ascent.
Most of the tumuli are heavily eroded but once the eye got used to the natural structure of the wood more and more tumuli can be seen. A very well preserved and quite large tumulus is about a hundred metres away from the road in the wood and cannot be overlooked even by unexperienced eyes.
The location is very peaceful in a light-flooded wood (mostly oaks and beech-trees).
