Starting with a simple tent of a palaeolithic hunter, it displays in chronological order houses from the Neolithic, over Bronze and Iron Age to Medieval times. Moreover, the museum aims to cultivate the appropriate natural vegetation and crops in each time zone and shows rare breed animal types, like e.g. medieval grazing pigs.
