Hillfort in Russia

AlexAssa writes: The Pokrovskaya fortress is the largest in a single system of fortresses and redoubts making up the the entire Tobol-Ishim line. But why have almost all of them been razed to the ground in Russia? These fortresses are claimed to be 17th-18th century. But this is not true. It is my proposition that star fortresses like these were built by a single civilization throughout the earth. I have tracked down thousands of such objects in all corners of the planet. It is very important to understand that such fortresses were built not in random places.
