(Site description submitted by Martin_L , June 2009)
Capstones:
The East-West orientated chamber originally had 12 capstones:
3 preserved almost in situ (No. 6, 7 and 9 counting from the West)
6 preserved out of place (No. 1, 2, 8, 10, 11, 12)
1 is split in halves (No. 3)
2 are robbed (No. 4, 5)
Clear size approximately is 17m x 1,2m making it a long, but comparatively narrow chamber.
Orthostats:
Northern long-side: 13 orthostats all nearly in situ except for N4 (robbed), N5 (out of place), N11 (out of place)
Southern long-side: 14 orthostats all nearly in situ except for S7 (fallen into the chamber) and S13 (robbed)
Enclosure:
At least 20 enclosure stones are left out of probably 50. Some are still in situ especially in the South. As usual in this area the oval enclosure is parallel to the chamber.
Nowadays (2009) the site is signposted. It is beautifully situated 400m northwest of a hill called "Radberg"on small forest-clearing. Partly it is getting somewhat overgrown with brambles. This wasn't the case in 1989 when I first visited the site. The ambience is magnificent.
