At 6.60 Meters, this is the tallest Menhir in Germany. This Limestone Menhir was broken up in 1939 to avoid it being used for spotting by French artillery, but it was thankfully repaired in 1951.

We visited this site during our tour of German megaliths in the summer of 2018 - take a look for some video footage of this site and numerous others that we visited
