The shell stone has more than 90 shells, but they are predominantly weathered. These are between 3 and 10 cm in diameter and some 5 cm deep. The stone was discovered in the 19th Century.
This ritual site overlooks the Jolimont, Vully, the lakes Biel and Neuchâtel. A delightful place to stay.
