Holy Well in Rhineland-Palatinate
Gallo-Roman holy well (1.-3. century). There is still a bubbling, stinking sulphur spring in the forest. Around the main spring a many small other bubbling springs. The Romans build later some hostel and thermae-buildings around the spring area.
