The Clemens Sels Museum is a cultural history museum in Neuss (North Rhine-Westphalia/Germany). The museum is situated in a modern building connected to the Medieval Obertor gate of the city wall.

It consists of an art section and an archaeology section. The archaeology part mainly focuses on the Roman and Medieval history of Neuss, which is one of the oldest cities in Germany. It also has a smaller section for pre- and early history, in which finds from the Stone Age, Bronze Age and Pre-Roman Iron Age are displayed.
