Neolithic (TRB West-group) passage grave oriented SW-NE with remains of lateral passage. No traces of the enclosure.
As at most other funnel-beaker sites in this area only the exposed skeleton (earthwork, dry-walling and intermediate slabs robbed) of the chamber is preserved.

The southwestern-part was quite disturbed in the beginning of the 20th century [1] and the 1950s reconstruction is possibly incorrect. The number of capstones was 6 (or 7). Professor van Giffen assumed 6 capstones, at least it was reconstructed that way.
Long-sides built of 7 orthostats each, one orthostat on the narrow sides. Possibly for static reasons the reconstructed chamber is halfway embedded into the ground.
Situated near a narrow road otherwise the ambience is good.

[1] compare the groundplan of the heavily disturbed SW part when the site was examined in 1918. Reference: Giffen, A.E. van, „De hunebedden in Nederland“, Utrecht 1925
