Dubendi Cave
Dubendi Cave submitted by kurgan : Cave at Dubendi on the Apsheron peninsul with petroglyphs of seven human figures with upraised arms and two bulls. This is one of several such image in Azerbaijan and seems to be a symbolic salute related to a tribal affinity with bulls. The salute is similar to other examples posted including a huge mountain top image near Besh Barmak. N 40 deg, 27 min, 32.3 sec E 50 deg, 15 min, 24.6... (Vote or comment on this photo)
