Ancient Dam in Erzincan Province, Turkey

Another 7th century BCE Urartian dam situated 45m upstream from Asagi Agindir Dam.

"Although it has been destroyed throughout the centuries due to earthquakes, it still functions. It has a half-moon shape, measuring 39m in length, and 2m in width. At present it is surrounded by 1-1.5m high walls. The floodgate of 50x50 cm lies to the south."
