Cleobulus of Lindios was the tyrant of Lindos and one of the "seven wise men" of antiquity. He lived in the ancient city of Lindos in the 6th century BC. He came from a royal family and his father was Evagoras.
He traveled to Egypt, where he learned philosophy. He was distinguished for his strength and beauty and during his time, Lindos experienced tremendous cultural development and became a center of arts and culture.

Interesting - nice photo of it. It strongly resembles the Greek or Roman era cylindrical tombs in Sogmatar/Yagmurlu, just east of Sanliurfa southeastern Turkey, which is in the barren Tek Tek Daglari hills somewhat near the incredible Karahan Tepe site.
