Ancient Settlement in Izmir Province, Turkey
An Early Bronze Age settlement dating from the 3rd-2nd millennium BCE, settled by the Greeks in the early 1st millennium BCE.
There are remains of a 7th century BCE Aeolic temple of Athena which had 15 by 11 columns. About a half dozen modern copies of the columns as well as a few original column drums have been re-erected at the site.
