I have visited· I would like to visit
mfrincu saw from a distance on 19th Aug 2015 - their rating: Cond: 3 Amb: 3 Access: 2 I have seen these mounds while driving along the road. The entire place is flat so my guess it that they have to be artificial.
The closest can be seen on the right hand side while several distant ones are noticeable on the left hand side. The entire Romanian plain was home to several Neolithic and Bronze Age cultures which could have created them.
