Hillfort in Podlaskie
A fantastic hillfort located on the promontory of the mountain near the village of Osinki. It was build by the Yotvingian tribe and it's one of the best preserved sites like that in the Suwałki area. The earthworks including three rings of ramparts and ditches are still perfectly preserved. In central part of the hillfort the archaeologists discovered remains of a wooden temple.
The whole area of the hillfort is covered with forest.
