Ancient Village or Settlement in Hungary

Hungarian Bronze Age Tell named after a Hungarian Officer buried in it after being killed in battle with the Turks. The The site was explored after 1920 by L. Zoltai and is now on the south bak of the rechanneled river south od the small town. The Tell is up to 1.7 Meters thick and numerous artifacts were excavated.
