the Pierre Levée de Charlemagne is a menhir 1.50 m high, located beside the road from Tournissan to Saint-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse (D3).

Its name is given to a bus stop on the route.

Stone indicated by Jean Sicard in 1929.

Looking et the map, this menhir (if it has not been destroyed, of course) stands on the east side of the village. It can be called either Pierre de Charlemagne or Pierre Levée. In this case, the name Pierre Levée suggests a menhir and not a dolmen, as it is happens to be the case in France.
