Hillfort in Hokkaidō
A cliff edge type casi in "[" shape ditch with angles. It lies on a hill called Osonae-yama (御供山) on the opposite shore of Akkeshi (厚岸) town, from here you can see the spectacle view of Akkeshi town and the connecting bridge.
"Shika-otoshi" in Japanese means "deer trap", because many bones of deers were found at the bottom of the cliff behind this casi. Why the tribe didn't bring the deer meat with bone to their home?
On the top of the Mt. Osonae-yama, there 3 more casi's are found. They may have been built as a watchtower for the school of fish.
