This site comprises two adjacent burials surmounted by standing stones arranged in the shape of ships and dated to the Migration Period around 400 AD to 550 AD. The larger of the two has 16 standing stones and measures some 30 metres by 8 metres. The smaller site has 7 stones and measures 17 metres by 8 metres. The site was excavated in 1950 and both sites had cremation graves. Finds included bones, ashes, coal, fragments of a comb made of horn and dominoes made from bone. To reach the site drive south west on the E20 from Örebro towards Mariestad. Two kilometres before Lyrestad turn south towards Böckersboda and the site is 1.5 kilometres along on the west side of the road up behind some farm buildings and set on an old prehistoric road. It can best be reached by going 200 metres past the blue monument sign and turning right into the gravel quarry and up the slope to the farm buildings and house some 150 metres from the road.
