In the courtyard of an exhibition & conference hall Tōkyō Kokusai Fōramu (Tokyo International Forum) near the Tokyo station, this modern stone circle created by a British sculptor Richard Long (1945-) is placed.

Passing people don't seem to notice that this is modern art.
