Modern Stone Circle / Monolith in Honshū

A temple in the heart of Kōfu city, only 2km from Kōfu station, has a pond garden with stones in its backyard and a modern dry landscape garden in its front yard. The former might be the finest one among the numerous Zen temple gardens in Yamanashi prefecture.

Open 8:30-17:00, all year around, admission 300 Japanese Yen (2024 price).
