Standing Stones in Honshū. The ruin of a village where rice cultivation was realized in spite of the cold climate was excavated from under an agricultural field and later reburied back into the earth. This is a ritual site close to the village with 2 stones, which was also excavated.
The stones were moved up to the precinct of Hieda Jinja shrine.
