A naked ruin of a huge (75m) keyhole-shaped tumulus in a residential area in Uzumasa (太秦) town. Uzumasa area is believed to be settled by the Korean immigrants around 6th to 7th century, and later become a Japanese Hollywood in 20th century.
In Kyōto city Ukyō-ku ward, there still remain several tumuli : Amatsuka Kofun (天塚古墳) 71m keyhole-shaped not-naked tumulus sandwiched by residential town and Mitsubishi Motors factory (35.00705N,135.71211E) ; Narabi-ga-Oka Kofungun (双ヶ丘古墳群) 24 round tumuli on Narabi-ga-Oka hill including tumulus no.1 on its hilltop (35.024N,135.713E).
