Modern Stone Circle / Monolith in Honshū

In 1972 a modern gardener Mirei SHIGEMORI (1896-1975) built a grandeur dry landscape garden called Shūsekitei (秀石庭) in the precinct of Hōkoku-jinja shrine which worships the unifier of Japan Hideyoshi TOYOTOMI (豊臣秀吉 1537-1598) in the boundary of Osaka Castle which originally built by Hideyoshi.
