Burial Chambers in Kyūshū
A Yayoi era ruin complex which lasted from circa 2c BCE to 1c CE, including jar burial area, burial pit area, a burial mound and pillar holes for a huge wooden building. Burial pit no.3 had a dolmen-like capstone (now buried into the earth). Now the site has been maintenanced as a prehistorical park and the replica of the artifacts including burial jar (huge urn) are exhibited.
Official site in Japanese.
