"The ancient town of Norba features massive and quite picturesque 'cyclopean' polygonal masonry walls, probably dating from the first millennium BC.

Norba is situated 1 mile north-west of the modern town of Norma, on the western edge of the Volscian Mountains. The town is perched above a precipitous cliff with a splendid view over the Pomptine Marshes below; the highest point stands 460 metres (over 1500 feet) above sea level."
