Obelisk from the temple of Karnak in Egypt dating to the reign of Tuthmosis III which was brought first to the Spina in the Circus Maximus and was later placed in front of a church in the Lateran. It is the tallest Obelisk in Rome and the tallest still standing obelisk in the world.
