Outstandingly decorated (carved and painted!) limestone cist dating back to neolithic age (from Bernburger Kultur like several other sites in this area). Now located at Landesmuseum für Vorgeschichte Halle
Consisting of 4 orthostats and 3 covering slabs. Chambers' size appr. 2,2m by 1,25m. Discovered in the 18th century inside a covering barrow at Göhlitzsch (now a suburb of Leuna). All orthostats are heavily decorated with different ornaments, furthermore there are carvings of an axe and most remarkably: a depiction of a bow and a quiver with arrows along.
