Megalithic complex in Indonesia, consisting of an upper standing Menhir and a gathering place with washing facilities. Sitting arrangements apparently used for ceremonial meetings. There is a curious, massive grinding stone, either used for grinding medicine or for calculating star constellations according to the local keeper. The site is apparently still being used by the traditional community (Adat Pacaran).
It is a very special place which I found after a long drive up the mountains from Pelabuhan Ratu. After asking around I was taken taken there by a local on a motorbike.
