Carthage Punic Tomb 3
Carthage Punic Tomb 3 submitted by AlexHunger : Punic crypt near Roman Antonine baths in Carthage. It was used as a small clandestine christian chapel in the 3rd century BCE. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Barrow Cemetery in Tunisia

The remains of the ancient Punic city of Carthage is spread out over a half dozen sites among luxury villas in this wealthy suburb of modern Tunis.
The Punic tombs are located at the site for the Roman Antonine Baths (Antoninus Pius) at the Beach, also next to the modern presidential palace.
This site consists of a crypt with enough room for several sarcophagi. It was later used as a secret christian chapel.
