Runestone near Trondheim
This is a runestone from the 900CE, in the viking age. It is originally from the county Rissa. But it was moved to the Trondheim museum of technology in the 1960s.
It is basically a standing stone, but I placed it in the category "carving".
The text can be translated, and it says "Ottar placed this stone after Bjørn, his father".
