Caesar's Well
Caesar's Well submitted by DavidCWoods : Nicely maintained and laid out, the well is part of a park. There is a large, flat basin, with a long channel leading down to Keston Pond. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Holy Well in Greater London. R.C. Hope's "Legendary Lore" recounts a legend that Caesar’s legions, marching towards London and thirsty, were shown this well by a raven. It is said to possess healing properties and is the source of the River Ravensbourne.

Marked on the 1871 OS map approximately north west of the site of Caesar’s Camp at Noviomagus.

Visited in December 2004, it is next to Keston Pond, and feeds into it. Part of Keston Common, it is to be found just down hill from the car park.

So so glad I found this page

It was very frustrating to find it on google maps

I could only see links to bing - which i am not familiar with

Would be good if you included google map links too

It's the third blue aeroplane in the block of square icons above to get to Google Satellite view, then switch that to map view if you prefer
